INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 4, 2016-- Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET) announced today that its VP, Finance & Treasurer, Jason Secore, has resigned effective March 24, 2016, to accept a similar position at AAR Corp. in Chicago.

“We thank Jason for his many contributions to the Company over the past four years, and we wish him all the best in his new position at AAR,” said Joe Allman, SVP and Chief Financial Officer. “Treasury responsibilities will be reassigned within the current team as part of the Company’s internal reorganization effort.”
